How about just going to eat at the Kowloon in Saugus or even Fuddruckers.

There is a Texas Roadhouse in Everett that's closer and is in a strip mall parking lot so we would have room for a photoshoot as well

Sox game is at home at 3:55pm so if we're going to cruise through Boston we might want to do it before the rush of cars come into the city for the game.

That rush is going to occur pretty early that day too...I am thinking the best time would be mid to late morning.

I don't want to cruise down Newbury because you know someone will get left behind with all those damn lights...and I think its lame cruisin' down Newbury. I think a scenic cruise through Quincy would be nice...that is if we are going to be in that area.

Sounds like Boston's going to be packed that day in which case I must recommend avoiding Newbury, besides that I don't see why we can't hit all these streets up with an end point in china town, sounds like a good plan to me.

Not sure where you check you forecast, but that's a 12 day prediction which is pretty impossible.
I checked weather.com and it's sunny all week that week and they don't even predict all the way up to the 12th.
Check it out http://www.weather.com/weather/monthly/01841?month=1

EDIT-you were right I "misread" your post, and "misremembered" the weather, and "mispoke" without thinking.
