NEVER GO TO Infiniti of Englewood, New Jersey

i bought my car from then when it was park ave infiniti and everything when awesome. the ppl were really nice and helped me out. i brought it back from some warranty service and again, noooo problems.

NOW.. it's Infiniti of Englewood, new owners. i brought it in for some service, (window streaking and engine flush) and i ended up paying almost $70 for a F**** oil change!!! i didn't understand, i argued with the sales manager on how it could be so much and how i paid ~$45, (still a lot) last time i was there. he like, it's new managment and these are the prices. i asked him he he put synthetic oil, but he said that was synthetic is not supposed to be used in the car. i was SOOO pissed off but i had to freaking go to work and didn't have time for a long blown out debate.

AND... as i'm get my "free loaner", he tells me i have to sign this thing and return the car with the same amount of gas. i was like, WHAT?! i have NEVER had to do that for infiniti... EVER! i read the contract and they would charge $4.50 for every gallon under if i didn't fill it. the only thing "free" about the loaner was that, if it wasn't warranty work, they actually CHARGE PER MILE for the loaner!! i was in SHOCK!

NEVER GO TO Infiniti of Englewood, New Jersey!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!!

cant wait to fill out my survey...

Wow that's terrible. I went there once for compression rods replacement and 2nd gear grind. Made an appointment with a month advance. When I got there they had no loaner for me and backed my car into the garage door! (luckily no damage though) I got a chevy aveo!(yuck) They did nothing to my car but tell me everything I already told them. I waited a month and a half for the rods to come in. I guess they forgot about me. No calls to replace them no nothing.

Never again

Do you want Free Gas too? Kings Infiniti always give me a loaner even for minor stuff but even they require you to bring the car with the same Gas Level when you pick them up. The rest of your complain are Valid but I think the gas are standard but most Dealer don't implement them. Most of the time I don't put gas when I bring them back but I only drive less than 15 miles.

I had my car serviced there 4 times when it was Park Ave and I never had a problem or paid for gas for the loaner car. Thanks for the heads up I wont go there for service anymore.
