CT Beach Cruise 06/08** everyone welcome!!

ok so by popular demand. i PM'ed several members about this and a lot of you are interested.
first off everyone is welcome to this meet.
and the plan would be to meet somewhere in a central location people can cruise up from other states down to CT. and then all head out to the shore we can take the scenic routes or just cruise on the highway. the ride up shouldnt be more than 40 mins to get there.

i say a warm day in June preferably sunday since some people maybe working on sat. spend the whole day there. meet up around 7/8 am to get good spots. and definetly can grill cookout.

everyone can post up suggestions to make this a great outcome. ready go.

**
lets set a date of sun june 22

beach my suggestion would be Hammassett beach http://www.ct.gov/dep/cwp/view.asp?a...epNav_GID=1650

it has shade under trees who dont want to be out in the sun tables as well to sit and eat and a lot of fields or games w.e

we can also go to old lyme beach its about 10 miles from there but the thing is we probly wont find parking there, would be pretty cool to just drive in there with all the hot cars and have everyone just stare at us. hahah and then we can head out to hammanassett.

as far for meeting im sure if people post where they are comming from we can get a few meet up spots along the way.

let me know and i will post up the final outcomes in the main post.

Hammonasset beach is more like for families, old Lyme would be nice but i doubt we can find parking if we have like 10-15 cars show up. Rocky Neck is more organized i believe and more towards our age group (mid 20's lol) just throwing it out there. im not 100% sure on this but rocky neck has also fire pits for bbq but i'm not 100% on this, anyone know for sure?
