Thumbs down I hate Infiniti of Nashua NH

I brought my car in to get new tires put on (I know I know, I was in a reaall big rush, had to settle for them). Long story short, I picked up my car while it was raining so I didnt really inspect everything all that well. However now I see that those freaking guys DESTROYED the outer lip of my rims while mounting the tires, there are literally gashes almost as if some idiot who had no idea what they were doing was mounting the tires. They didnt bother cleaning the rims either, there are tire finger prints everywhere. I mean my lease is up in 2009, should I take the car back and make a fuss about this, I mean after all dont they have any care about customers cars? Ive had a rocky relationship with those guys at service as well. What would you guys do in my place had this happened to you? I have the stock 19's

I'd go back and show them the damage and tell them they need to fix it...But I wouldn't raise hell right off the bat...GL

Go back. It happened to me at another shop and they had to pay to have the wheels refinished. Use www.rimpro.com to get them refinished, great work and it's local.

Take it back and advise them that these were not the condition of your wheels when you brought them to them. Are you sure they just didnt swap them out for some other 19's

think it might be late for him and come back cuzz they gonna tell him like any typical dealer out there that he prob. just damaged them now and trying to blame it on them or why he did not address it before leaving or call the dealer back....just saying they might give u some more shyt.
