Re: Ray Catena or Willow Grove?
Reading through the other posts and dealing with both dealerships, I would go through Willow Grove or Douglas. I got mine in West Chester but it might be a little far. If I had to do it again, I would go to Willow Grove or Douglas. I dealt with a woman named Dianna Chiles at Douglas and I think the guys name was Chuck R. at Willow Grove...two very nice people. Good luck!

I am probably going to take mine to the Infiniti that I have coupons for (West Chester) is one for oil changes for $19.95 but I also hear you can take your G to a Nissan dealer for an oil change and regularly priced I found a N-dealer for $24.95.

Re: STAY AWAY FROM WILLOW GROVE!!!!
Interesting...I guess everyone has different experiences. I hated Ardmore, they were rude, not helpful and just seemed "ghetto" - service department at least. The GM there was a little cheezy looking too and ewww just gave me the creeps, although the one sales person I spoke to (Tiffany) was very nice. But, I would never take my car there.

Re: STAY AWAY FROM WILLOW GROVE!!!!
It all depends, did the dealer say it was non-refundable at all? If it is non-refundable, the one way you can break it is if they lie or tell you something different than you initially agreed on with them. I hope you made the deposit via credit card (never do it with cash). Also, it is easier to deal with the credit card agency in getting a refund to your deposit.
For example, I made a $500 non-refundable deposit on my G and then a few days later they called and told me that basically couldn't hold up to what we agreed on financially, etc., so I went in asking for my deposit back since they went back on their word.

Re: Ray Catena or Willow Grove?
I got mine back in April. I was in contact with Ray Catena and Flemington. Catena offered me a good deal off of MSRP but Flemington did quite a bit better. This was only for their coupes in stock, of course. Customer service was very good, too. I couldn't have been more pleased with Flemington.

Re: Ray Catena or Willow Grove?
K northeast people I'm looking for your honest opinions...I have an 04' which I ordered and the dealer called me today to tell me it would be arriving sometime tomorrow (June 2nd)...But lately I've been debating possibly waiting for the 05' only because of the rumored upgrades...My dealership confirmed the 20hp increase but they don't know what the interior changes will look like, I can care less about the hp its the looks I'm worried about...Because I have this car ordered they won't dare elaborate on changes for me...Should I wait and be without a car for the next 3 months until September when the first shipment should arrive? Or should I stick with what I ordered? I'm so confused and I know this topic has been mentioned a million times before on this forum, but I'm seriously stuck here...Thanks everyone
