Who does a timing advance in the Connecticut area???????????? Looking for someone who actually knows what they are doing.

How much is gained from a timing advancement? any downsides? I live in Mass, i'll be down for this too if someone around the area does it.

Not much, I'm assuming it's a very unnoticeable modification. But, people have said it helps with picking up speed from a dead stop, and you won't notice the 2whp gain.

I'm going to call Middletown Nissan later this week and see if they do the service.

it helps with the pick up, i know a nissan tech and a couple of guys run it down here...its done with the consult unit, any infiniti/nissan dealer should be able to do it

 

if people get together as a group, maybe hire somebody to do it to all our cars locally, i'd be down.
