is maryland a two-plate state?

i'll be getting my long awaited G35 on the 21st and will be registering it in maryland. i obviously dont wanna put the front license plate on so does anyone know if it's required? if it helps, i will rarely ever be in the state of maryland since i go to school in PA and live in NJ most of the year.

thanks for any help..

Yes, unfortunately MD is a 2 plate state. But I've been driving without a front plate for almost 2 years (and I've gotten 2 speeding tickets and they never said anything) and nothing has happened to me yet... *knock on wood*
