Honestly I think the one in Hartford is better, if that says anything about West Haven. There is one nice guy in WH but most of the service people (advisors and techs) are rude and not very knowledgable. Two techs didn't know that my exhaust was stock

I took my G to Nissan in Enfield for a tune up and it was about $500 less than what Infiniti wanted.

If you had comparable 350/370z or a GT-R you'd take it to Nissan right?
Don't waste your money at an Infiniti dealership.

I journey all the way down to Warwick, RI when I need service.
So far, they've been great and don't ask about any mods I have on the car.

I first went to the hartford dealer in may 2006 looking for a coupe. They treated me like I couldn't afford it, so I left. I bought my coupe at the west haven dealer in june 2006. The next day I had to have the wheel locks changed because I had no key. The guy who took it to the shop actually peeled out of the driveway with it while I watched him. He came back and whipped it around the building in that tight back lot and almost rear ended a parked car. This should have been my first sign. I went back to try to trade it on an s4 in december 2007 and got the "oh we sold that s4 yesterday, but how about a nice sedan". That was enough for me.

uh lets see, well my driver seat lever for my coupe is stuck has been like that for about 3 months now, they just fixed my navi it was changing colors first...didnt believe me so took pics said they fixed it they didnt complained again bc now it wasnt even coming up,my power steering pump has been broken since i bought the car they said the steering wheel was supposed to be that tight but later (like a yr later) they said something was wrong. idk if its true or not but having rear active steer is rare to have on the car so they need a "special" pump or something on those lines i think thats it its like an everyday battle with them when something goes wrong with my car >:-0

Seriously... dont waste your time over at Harte... the sales guys are high pressure and they always play games, and the maintenance guys over there couldnt tell the difference between a cat and a dog. the only worthwhile guy over there is Lou. If you have any needs, i have had better luck with nissan dealers... in particular DeCormier Nissan.

i went to west haven dealership the first time i was looking for a G...the guy treated me like a kid, & tried to sell me on some finance that i would have been paying out my @$$ for... went back 2 months later and bought an IP from the same place, but found a nicer sales rep... as far as service, they take it across the street to the nissan dealership ~ i haven't had problems yet, but i just installed some parts so lets see what they say the next trip out.
