I took my car for service at my Local Dealer Lynnes Infiniti Bloomfield NJ. Some @$$HOLE from the shop stole my NAV Disk.They stated they never removed the Nav Disk. I never removed it since I got the car so I know it was in the Deck. After about a hour or so of back and forth with the shop manger they agreed to pay for half. But I still don't want to shell out 100 bucks for something I already paid to much for. Please anyone from Jersey AVOID LYNNESS INFINITI BLOOMFIELD they are a bunch of unprofessonial car pimps. I'm just glad I didn't buy my G from them.

I've had a bad sales experience with them. I wanted a 6MT, without a spoiler. They said it's impossible to get the 6MT without a spoiler, since it's a sportier version than the 5AT. I said "Thank you" and walked out.

Tell the service manager you are filing a police report against the dealership if he doesnt replace it. If you are paying half, they are not paying a dime. If he doesnt budge, file the police report and sent him a copy. Also complain to Infiniti - the numbers are at infinitinews.com

Those guys suck they gave my cousin a hard time and he ended up buying his coupe from my dealership SalernoDuane which I've no problems with since I've had my G last July.

I bought my car from them and had major problems too. The coldest part of the winter they filled my fluid reservoir with water so it froze. Went back to them to get it filled with the right fluid and the FOOL that was suppose to change it added a little blue mix which froze on my way home. Then I brought it back again and either the mechanic had a ring on or a tool in his hand while getting my car and scratched my paint.
It gets better. I bring my car in because the radio had a lot of static (they never fixed it). Some guy walks up to me introduces himself and tells me the BMW I traded in had more miles on it then I signed off on. They wanted me to give them $2000 because the car had to be sold as not having correct mileage. They had my car for 2 month then tell me this! I freaked out started yelling told them to take back my G and give me my BMW. He told me he can’t, I said have a fun time dealing with my lawyer. I called Infiniti of North America let them know what they tried to pull. Since that date they have kissed my ***. I will never buy a car from them again!!!

I live 5 minutes from them and still didn't buy my car there. I take my car to Douglas in Summit for service. Top notch all the way.

I am thinking of getting a G35c from Ray Catena - but they just called me back to up the price they quoted me earlier because "we don't have many coupes left". Does this make sense?? Are these guys for real?? Any suggestions?

 

Have to give credit when it's due. Since I got my G35x I thought the rear suspension was soft. I let Lynn's know this and they had a rep from Infiniti North America drive my car. The rep agreed and asked them the replace the springs on the rear of my car. Not only did Lynn's replace the springs, but they replaced my rear shocks too. Although I have not been happy with my overall Lynn's experience this was a thumbs up for them. They went past the call of duty on this one. Furthermore, Dave in service was a pleasure to deal with.
