IMHO I WOULD NEVER...EVER...TAKE MY CAR TO NATIONWIDE. I took it there twice before I took it to JBA and I will not go to either places ever again. I found the staff at Nationwide to be very rude (except one guy but I think he's gone) and not willing to work with me at all. JBA didn't even know what the grease streak TSB. I drive 70 miles to Passport Infiniti in VA to get my car serviced...just my $0.02. Later.

I take my coupe to nationwide( JBA) never had any problems although their car wash guys might as well be blind...
