Had to paint everything on this set black. Its flat right now for a few final coats then I'll hit it with some clear to make it atleast look shiny. Should have my grill done soon also. Note to others stay away from the plasti dip stuff for your grill, sure its like rubber and won't chip but all I had to do was find 1 place to start peeling from and could peel it all off.

^hmmm....guess the solution is to stay with the dupli color made for plastics huh? granted, 6 months down the road you will probably have to redo again but who knows, the clear coat should save it a great deal depending on how far you drive.

Yea I usually only drive 5 miles top per day to and from work so we'll see how this goes. I spent a few hours last night trying to clean up all the plasti off the grill and started over again with the primer hopefully only 2-3 my runs with the black and some clear and I'll be good to put it back on the car.

No I haven't messed with the LED situation yet, kind of want to get the painting part down right first then I"ll mess with some LED"s when I get another set of cores.
