So I just got off the phone with Mackin Industries (the people who make my exhaust), and they told me that to fix my exhaust, I have to hold it in place where I want it to be and then tighten down the bolts. They said that because it is a true dual system, that it has a lot of adjustments that can be made, and that I should drive up to one of their distributors in NoVA to get a third opinion...

What do you guys think?

Makes sense to me, considering the amount of play that could be in the various connections. By the time you get to the back from the cats, an adjust of 1/4 inch could easily translate to an inch at the rear of the car. Would be best if you could get it on a lift so it is easier to see and adjust.
