bodyshop in NY / LI area ?

To make a long story short ...
was in some heavy traffic and I was waiting my turn to exit.
The pick up in front of me decided he can't wait and decided to back up into my bumper a left a ding and bruise on the G bumper. He went off road and that was the last I saw of him as I couldn't take the same route to chase him down.

so im not going through insurance
it doesnt look to bad
I took the car to rallye and they said they have to take it apart and make sure no further damage. Understood but 300 dollars to take it a part 1100 cause they dont believe in sanding bumpers down and any other damage is well you know $$$.

Any one got a reasonable place in LI / Queens area that they went to.

I like to go places where they actually understand the car and want to get it back to its original condition instead of patch it up and yeh you can life with a twisted bumper etc.
