RI does not allow any window tint for the positions I mentioned above in Mass's statute. How's THAT for tough?

NH small town cops actually have the time to set up stings near traffic lights to bust you for expired inspections and tint.

Yeah I have heard/seen that as well. I am in NH quite frequently and I see that kind of stuff here and there in my travels.
