All I know is that the ****** followed me the whole way across the bridge, lane change for lane change. Just before the toll he broke off. Yes they do! The monitor all LIRR stations, track crossings, etc. One of my former friends pulled over a drunk on the Wantagh Pkwy...turned out to be a high ranking guy in Nassau PD so he let him go, but to my knowledge they can issue tix. As far as them holding up in court, I wouldn't know.
