Now get this! I went there Saturday to pick up my wheel lock they kept the last time they worked on my car and I had to fight with them again! I think their job applications have a brain requirement....I think the question went like this....."Check the box on the right if: You have a brain and actually use more than 5% of it." Apparently if you check that box, ATLANTIC won't hire them!!! Seriously, I was surrounded by friggin idiots!!!! I ask the girl to speak with service rep and she said he was on vacation....the mechanic that had was on vacation...etc. This after explaing to her for about 10 minutes what a wheel lock was and that I wasn't there to buy "parts". Now I started getting frustrated. There are 5 people outside and now I am getting annoyed. When I get annoyed, I get loud! Can't help it, it's an italian NY'er thang! They all rally behind me...it was George Costanza in Seinfeld ....."The sea was very angry that day..." Anyway, I rally all these peeps, all hating Atlantic, all having my back...and I finally tell the girl to look in the guys desk ....sure as hell it was there.! MORONS!!!

DAMN man....they Stink....They are idiots...but I got a survey call for service from Infiniti and gave them all low marks....

I am going there this wednesday..to see about something....I'm going to ask about the stuff then also....

I dont know exactly who they fired...but if you have an issue again the new service manager is Bob Dolan....he seemed Ok when i was there....

I'll see what if they got my loaner car for me , which last time they didnt...luckily they took care of me in like 1hr.....but the tint will take longer than that....so I'll see

You know what, maybe we should take a head count for those who want to go to Smithtown. Maybe we'll get more pull, or even help Joel out if we get a bunch of peeps over there. I dunno, just thinking out loud. I can't believe a car dealership, let alone an INFINITI dealership conducts business in the manner they do! I thought maybe they were giving me a harder time b/c I looked young, but when I was there Saturday, the people waiting outside (older) were all knodding and bitching too! It's making my whole new car experience no so enjoyable. I was always under the impression that the reason for buying new was to get service. I got jacked off less with my used cars!

Did you guys ever try Infiniti of Massaqequa? I had a very light scratch on the driver's side taillight before picking up the car and told them about it. They are replacing the whole taillight for me tomorrow. I didn't expect that..

I'm pretty sure John Hart is still there (he was as of about 6 weeks ago). Dude's been there awhile and when it was formerly known as Able Infiniti. Was usually pleased with him handling service for me in the past, but he pissed me off last time I was there for an oil change. Switched over to synthetic and I brought my own oil and filter and he goes ahead and hits me up for a ridiculous labor charge. Said it included topping off fluids, tire inflation (gotta be kidding me), blah blah. That place left a real sour taste in my mouth.

 

yeah, we have been dealing with able since 1992, then they switched to atlantic. What a difference the place lost its class literally overnight. The only guy left I know if John, they fired or transfered everyone else.

 

FU** John Hart....I had to scream on him last week when he told me some BS that he didnt have a loaner for me after one was supposed to be put to the side for me.....

Man this meet is gonna be Hot....Routes so far are
Glines..to .meet in Green acres..one around that lot then..to Atlanitic infiniti..stir them up a bit..to Cunningham to BS for a minute or two...then to run on the GCP to Franny Lew to let them know EXACTLY how big the G.Squad really is...occupying both lanes of it ......THen make a run back on GCP to Queens blvd to Austin street...busy area slowish movin traffic and peeps always showin there cars there...then..... i gotta get with the LI boys to see whats a good people filled spot to show-off .......

Well on a Sunday - Ya gotta roll through HUNTINGTON Villiage, some nice curves prior to them too! Peeps will be snapping their necks there and we can cruise down by the water and take pics! Oh Kings Park Bluff right after that! Allotta peeps bring their rides there too, another great spot for shots! I'll think of some more!
