sup guys.. i work over at Atlantic Infiniti in long Island NY(Lynbrook).. there was 2 coupes at the shop today that came in for service.. one was a diamond graphite with a skyline badge, door sills, front and rear nissan badges, gt350 badge, nissan rims center cap, carbon fiber engine cover, body kit.. and the other was a brilliant silver with a DUB badge, dope chromes, playstation2, bodykit, dropped to the ground.. wish i had my camera on me but was wondering if any of these cars belong to a member of the forum

Unfortunately, I do not have enough MB free on this site to post everything. In all honesty, it has been just one thing after the next, starting with my very first service. The did the TSB on the heated seats, and apparent the tech slipped with his screwdriver and put a huge gash in the button. Never mentioned anything, just hoped I wouldn't notice. I DID and they did take care of it right away, as they should have. Then I get home, the console was never screwed back in, screws left out on the floor. Again, no biggie, but reflects their carelessness. The problems get bigger from there...I get too steamed up even thinking about it. Alot of thing I would just never expect from any dealership, let alone an Infiniti dealership. Prior to buying an Infiniti I only heard RAVE reviews on how Infiniti customer service WAS (in general, not Atlantic/ABLE), certainly not is!!!
I'll just tell ya at the next meet, which if you show, will probably grant ya G Squad status! Maybe we need to take a vote? LOL

I will never step foot in Atlantic again. From the day I picked up my coupe that dealership was a problem. When anybody asked where to go to buy, I say anywhere except Atlantic.

 

Yeah Drew, Nooch is one one meet under his belt ...yet to make the Squad!...LOL...but he's doing good so far...

Well on a good note for Atlantic Infiniti...I took the Red Devil in today...for the squeak noise.......which WAS Actually the Borla Dual rubbin on two of the metal stock hanger supports

HOWEVER, the first tech that looked at it (the first day I brought it in.said it was the Borla Dual and said it was rubbing on the rear lower control arm...NOT SO!

SO I shouted BULLSHI** and then took it back today...this tech went for a ride with me and is in the car blah blah blah about how people always mod the coupe then bitch about shuff....and you shouldn't do that because of warranty....

I cut him short and was like HOMEBOY!!! I'm not that guy that doesnt know how to change his oil ok so save it!...the Borla aint rubbin on the Lowercontrol arm...I put it in myself...but if it is rubbin it aint there, I just wanna drive my car man...simple...show me where its rubbin if it is makin the squeak noise and I'll be on my way...

Fast foward...put it on the lift....and He FOUND one rub point and I found the other....the [b]NEW SERVICE MANAGER[b] said take care of it for him....no charge...so they cut the supports just a bit to clear the Borla hangers and Now all is well....NO charge and found the ACTUAL problem...which is all I wanted....I told the tech..."thanks and thanks for finding the actual problem and not passing it off on my aftermarket part without showing me whats wrong, like the other guy did...
Lower control arm..my A$$

Anyways....my tint has tiny bubbles in it...and they are redoin that Wednesday.........Annoyin thing is ya gotta act IRATE to get anything outta them........that service sucks...but lets see what the new guy has up his sleeve...I'll give BOB DOLAN a shot at changin their rep!

kk yea they told me 3k also - i never went for my initial 1k - which i still kick myself for - but im at 2.5k now so im gonna just wait til i hit 3k
