They have some fvcked up reviews from some very angry people online.

I hope the new shop brings a new rep with it.

From: Pothole Central and still ridin slammed...Boston
^the fawked up reviews are not from East Coast Customs but are from the former shop that was there before which was Auto Design Haus. EKC has a decent rep and they were formerly known as RAD Kustomz

I actually found a surprising amount of neg feedback on them back when I was shopping around for a local shop.
Here's one review that I can still find online...
http://local.yahoo.com/info-32152693...eviews#reviews
City Search had some dirt on them too, but I can't seem to find what I saw a year or so ago.

I know you can find dirt on just about anyone and some people will complain about even the best work but back when I was shopping around for a shop, the stuff I read caused me to hesitate and go elsewhere.
Maybe the guys are awesome.... who knows.

From: Waltham Ma,
Based on 1 reveiw.. EH you can't make everyone happy. I saw there work and the techs car.. Heck his VW was in a bunch of magazines and the work I have seen was grade A. No matter how good you do your work than can be a mistake( No one is perfect) and then a customer can be diffacult and make things worse.. All the work they did for me was A+.

I agree... but was able to find more when I was shopping around for someone to drop my car last fall.
I don't go by reviews alone but it always helps to know who you're dealing with and how others have done using their service.
I still tried to check them out but after several attempts to call them during business hours with no answers or call backs, I gave up.

Like I said, I hope the new shop brings an improved service.
I'm glad they worked out well for you. They must be doing something right to have the new shop.
