I need front license plate bracket (don't have one)

For my Rear, I don't have a light.. do i need a bracket?

I have clear corners so do I need the ambers?

or does anyone know of an inspection place that will pass me?


I live in 08550, NJ near princeton.

let me know if anyone is willing to let me borrow some stuff or willing to sell.

also, im looking to do tints. anyone know of an inspection place that will pass tints? or else i'll have to get them after inspection.

clear markers i got passed for

 

Clear corners will pass. I had a hard time finding an inspection place to pass tints. I just took them off got inspected and put them back on.

 

UPDATE: (Might be useful to other NJ G owners.)

PASSED INSPECTION!

did not have front license plate
kept clear corners on

he told me to my front license plate on ASAP tho.

 

What!! How the hell did u pass with no front plate..

 

he def wasn't a chill guy. i did a quick google search and they said they stopped failing inspection because of plates places since like 2005 or something b/c it's such an inconvenience to people to come all the way back.

the line for the re-inspection was long. the inspection line was non-existent.

so happy everything went smoothly!

 

Aren't there no inspections after ~july?

 

ive gone thru with no plate in the past. they just ask if you have it and tell you to put it on when u get home

 

Really i thought that would be a red flag for them to fail you..

 

nope. and in 3 days, they wont be able to fail you for it anyway

yeah man. i read it on nj gov site and there was also a thread about it on here. no more safety inspections, emissions only in nj
