doesn't a simple dawn wash get rid of zaino? which is why you need to use their soap or another non-wax removning soap?

All they did was remove the axels, re-lube and put them back in according to Anthony. I mean they didn't replace them or anything although they told me to listen for the sound again, so I guess if it comes up again then they might put new axels in.

HOLY $HIT!!!!! Dude... just for an oil change with synthetic? If I were you I would definitely compare old receipts to make sure they haven't increased rates.

Dawn will not remove Zaino. To clean the car, you can really use any car wash solution. Zaino car wash is recommended because it chemically reacts with the existing zaino polish on your car to help bring out the shine. All other products will work, they will just dull the zaino shine. The protection part of zaino will still be there.

If you want to do it like that, call in and speak to April. Tell her that Vinnie w/ the black G35 that she picked up reccommended her to you. Also tell you are experiencing the same problems and you want Anthony to perform the same service as he did to my car. She'll take care of you. Let me know how it works out.

There is a new Service Manager at Atlantic: Bob Dolan. The man is gentleman and is going work the G35.driver.com and all the G- squad. If you need service, try them and if there is a problem, speak to Bob. I would use Ricco for your service writer.

I can give the new Service manager points....they found a problem with my Borla Dual touching the exhaust mounts and shaved them down for me...no charge....
While the first service manager just looked at it and said its the Borla rubbing the lower control arm ...which it wasnt...but they took me in showed me where it WAS rubbing and even though they didnt have to they shaved it down and didnt charge me....

So Atlantic is making a turn around ...so far so good!!
