Is Atlantic Turning It Around?

Ummm, I am a little speechless at this time. My car is ready and it hasn't sunk in yet that I THINK, THINK, they just provided me with some great service.....Hold on did I just type that....what the......I'll need a minute to absorb it, but I will post later after i get my car back. At this point I am thinking they were so nice cuz they totaled my car or it fell off the lift or something....I am baffled!

........TO BE CONTINUED!!!!!!

What was wrong with your car?

Just wait for them to tell you the magic words... "We washed and detailed it for ya!"

Impossible, this time I put 2 signs inside the car with PLEASE DO NOT WASH in color at about 60font in PPT. One one the top and one on the bottom. In addition, in the middle I had it in spanish just to cover all the bases!

LOL! In spanish... thats damn funny. But aren't you afraid they'd take it condescendingly? I feel your pain though.

Re: Is Atlantic Turning It Around?

Fellas, update on Atlantic Infiniti.
I think they are turning it around big time. I dealt with April over there and I complained about the squeaking noises comming from the axels. She came to my house, picked my car up and dropped off a loaner car. She even offered to drop the car back off after it was done. While it was over there, they noticed that the coin box was broken. They ordered a new one for me.
So good luck with Atlantic and I think it's worth giving them another chance. I think I m letting them do my 15k service because they took care of me the last time.

Hey Vin,

I have the same problem with my rear axel. How did they go about fixing it? Did they replace the axel or retorque?

Re: Is Atlantic Turning It Around?

april is the one that never gets back to me. i've been trying to get a new driver side door handle since i got the car. all they've done is try to buff out the deep scratches that *i think* were on the handle when i got the car.

me always forgetting to call back also hasn't helped.

other than this, i've had no problems with them at all. except they did wash it when i asked them not to (drew, is this gonna mess up my zaino?)

Re: Is Atlantic Turning It Around?

They did both for mine! Retorque at 3K and new axles at 11K

Re: Is Atlantic Turning It Around?

It shouldn't mess up your Zaino, but who knows! Email Sal Zaino and tell him that you use Zaino soap to wash, but the dealer washed with regular soap, will it effect the Zaino after only 1 wash? To me, the stuff is so durable it shouldn't!

Re: Is Atlantic Turning It Around?

Nah... Zaino will outlast any car wash solution you throw at it. As long as it wasn't a commercial paint cleaner, don't worry about it. Wash the car with Z7 and if the water beads afterwards, you are ok.

Diesel, if they charged you over $70, you should complain and bring in previous receipts or have them pull it up on their computers.
