Denville Infiniti (Salerno Duane) PLEASE HELP!

Has anyone dealt with Denville Infiniti (a.k.a. Salerno Duane)? Looks like Im going to be doing business with them but before I jump to far in I want feedback from some people who have dealt with them. Does anyone have any idea on how good their service department is? How are they post sell? Any feedback any one has would be great. Even if you didn’t buy a G from them (maybe another Infiniti) how did it go? Let me know all the dirt or all the good stuff.

Ra!

Re: Denville Infiniti (Salerno Duane) PLEASE HELP!

rashan,
I bought my g35 sedan from denville. I dealt w/ Kevin Tonero, I believe he's a sales mgr over there now.

It really wasn't a tough sale since I knew I was going to pick it up. I locked in a price before we got there. When we did get there, we met up with him. He then brought us into the back lot where they keep all their cars. We then went back to his desk to do the negotiating. After all that was said and done, he told me that they needed to prep the car, so the wife and I went to a local B&N. Two hours later, we went back to pick up the car.

The only hiccup we had was that it had started to drizzle that day. Long story short, they had chipped the paint on the bumper. I noticed this two days later and called up Kevin. He asked me what I wanted done. He then offered to either touch it up or repaint it. Now here's the kicker, I brought it in to have it touched up(he gave me the touch up paint), didn't like it and then brought it in to have it repainted, all at the cost of Denville. I had dropped of the car in the morning, picked up a loaner, and picked up my G the same night.

If Lynnes Infiniti wasn't the closer dealership, I would be bringing my car back to Denville for service. So I can't really comment on this. However I can say that their service bay looks awesome.

My wife and I are interested in the 4/awd version. Within the next few months we will be talking to the dealers again. Needless to say, one of our first stops will be Kevin. If you do end up buying from Kevin, tell him D. Tsang sent ya (this gets me a free detailing =D)

Good Luck

Thanks man! I'm picking my G up from them tomm afternoon. I feel good about it now that I've gotten your feedback. I didn't get it from Kevin but I'll be sure to put a plug in for you nonetheless.

Just keep me in the loop and I'll be there. BTW, I put that plug in for you tonight when I went to test drive my car. ;-)
