I think it looks great Scootch. However, those pictures don't display the condition of the paint, but definitely the texture. Very limited orange peel if any which isn't often seen on anything other than a Bentley RR, or a properly leveled paint system.

If you can capture the direct sun light in a pic that would adequately depict the condition of your paint.

Looks great though!

True, I did have help filming. Had the owner not been so involved I would have just used the tripod and there would be no movement in the action clips.

That was actually the Meguiars g110 v.2. I have been a Makita guy since I started detailing when it comes to rotary, and have never actually used a Dewalt rotary.

Do you know how much paint was removed? In mills or microns?

The new Meguiars machine is very well built and durable feel. Does have a deceptive look to it.

Just keep it as marr free as possible, and avoid serious correction at all costs and you'll be fine. If irreparable damage is to occur due to the uv inhibitors being removed you will know by way of system failure within six months of the job.

Well that does change everything, sanding oem finishes for orange peel removal is a completely different story than a repaint. The shop that painted it probably sprayed enough material for you to be just fine with that job. The idea is also to avoid repaint for at least 10 to 15 serious corrections.

Mild in comparison, but the vibration of the original pc never really bothered me. It does have more power this was the first car I corrected with a da alone in years, but it seems to correct quicker than the pc.
