Black 2004 Viper Mamba detailed (video)
i did a quick detail on my car the other day..still shiny up to today...but it really, really needs a good polish...like 2-3 stages of it..ehhh...wateva...maybe in the future i will..
Keeping the finish in the same condition as last polished is the idea, but some defects are unavoidable. Good luck in your future detailing venture, and if you need a recommendation in your area (if you don't feel like doing it yourself) I know a few very worthy pro's in your area.
thats very good to know..i know how to do it..it's just time consuming as u know...plus my garage is too small to do this...yeah, just let me know who and i'll pass on the word too...
Rickrack of Unique Car Care, he is in Wakefield I think. Here's a sample of his work.

Scootch, I believe he's 75 an hour. In Boston that's probably the going rate. In Va I stick with the average market for paint correct experts at 60. Rick is definitely worth looking into.
Thanks Rich, and I agree. There are so many write up's it's hard to even look at them all. Not to mention there's been no originality for years, I figured this would speed things up a bit and not be as tedious on the viewer.
Not to mention, back when I posted write ups on Autopia it never told the story as I had a crappy camera. Even with a good camera I'm not a photographer but a detailer so it just created more work than needed. This was a lot less time consuming, this is what I will be doing to every car I work on from now on.
