spotted IP coupe in philly on 95 yesterday. PA tags, had black rear diffuser, wingless, light tint on the windows, dropped and gold wheels with polished lips. driver was asian. i came up along side of you but you turned off heading toward callowhill. you here?

 

i think the guy is from south philly. you'll normally see him around washington avenue alot. ran him a few times before on 95 lol
