How are you going to get air to the intercooler? At least you'll be STEALTH!!! Everyone will be like WTF just flew by me!!!

I don't know all too much other than the intercooler needs to get air in order for it to be effective. I am sure you can make something for behind ur stock bumber to direct air from the stock vents to the intercooler.
