what software are you looking to tune with ..that will answer alot of questions..vinny ten racing is in long island and they tune but only with ss box and hydra ems far as i know..preformance motorsports is also down there and tunes with uprev

ya ur best bet is performance motorsports then it seems for the area..r/t tuning is in pa and uses uprev also
