Not only did i have a pleasurable buying experience from infiniti of syracuse, but they have also treated me well when i found a problem with my car. Shortly after i got the car home, I noticed a scratch on the radio. I figured i'd stop in the following weekend, however, plans changed and i didn't make it in. To make a long story short, i finally called my salesman (Tom) about 4 weeks after purchasing the car. They agreed to cover it under warranty. Thus far, I'm extremely satisfied with their service, and i've had a very good experience. I'd invite others in the CNY area to give them a shot.

Although it wasnt only the scratch on the radio that was bugging you, but you forgot to add that your CD's were all skipping as well (LOL). I am glad we were able to resolve the issue, sorry that you only have to live with the radio for a few weeks. Have fun and drive safe.

 

I just bought my coupe from Tom and it was a pleasurable experiance as well. Tom did a great job getting me set up with the car and I flew up from Long Island two days after speaking to him to pick up the coupe. Nice gys over there and they do have coupes in stock so I highly recomend anyone who is looking to give them a call. Thanks again Tom.
