New JBA Infiniti in Ellicot City, MD

Since Feb I have been waiting for my G35 Coupe on order from Nationwide Infiniti of Ellicot City in Maryland. Damion is the young rep that I gave the order for the car. He told me I would have it in the begining of May. Well, beginning in May, JBA bought the dealership from Nationwide and my paperwork for the car was lost by the new dealership. Tomonium Nationwide still existed. They literally had no clue where my car order was nor they could not match my order to cars on the boat and on the NJ lot waiting to be delievered. Needless to say, I was extremely upset ( pissed) if you really want to know about the lost of my order after waiting over 90 days.
I finally called up to Nationwide in Tomonium and they found my order and had taken it and my $1,000 deposit.
My car is due May 23rd at port.
I hope Infiniti JBA will help make good to me a much better deal than the original dealership. I will post the outcome and let you know if anyone should come to JBA or not. I hope they want more business. They will decide their own fate.
To be continued......................................... ......................

Sorry to hear about your situation but I'm really not surprised. I had gone to both of these dealerships and I was not impressed by either. Especially the idiots in Ellicott City. I talked to this one moron for 45 minutes and he kept answering his personal cell phone during our conversation and then left to use his office phone on what certainly sounded like a personal phone call.

Totally incompetent and I would caution anyone in the Baltimore/PA area about going to these guys. I love the car but probably not enough to ever warrant buying another Infiniti again. These guys soured me on the deal.

I agree 100%. Stay the F&%^ away from Nationwide. I bought my DG 5AT Coupe from Nationwide in Timonium back in November. In retrospect I should've driven to Rosedale Infiniti. The a-holes at NiT treated me like a jerk. No respect whatsoever. Especially stay away from Lester Feinberg. As condescending and obnoxious as they get.

Well,
I finally picked up my car on June 3rd after 4 months on order, now from JBA not Nationwide. The Story is still a bit frustrating that affected the overall deal from the Previous ownership of Nationwide. Since May16th when I discovered that Nationwide keep my order and paperwork and $1000 I was promised to have my deposit sent back to me. The paperwork was to go to JBA. Well, when I went to do the deal yesterday the $1000 and paperwork was still in the hands of the original dealership up in Tommonium.
JBA wanted to make it good so Greg Hayes the new sales manager made the $1000 good and agreed to give me a brake on my accessories for any future purchases. I thought that was a good business deal and hope they live up to their side of the bargain.
They are cleaning up the mess and I definitely would not attempt to go up to Nationwide. JBA wants to do good and I will give them a chance to see how well they do in the near future. The saga will continue.....................

I now want to set the record straight with JBA Infiniti and the sales organization.
Damion, the rep, and Greg Hayes, the sales manager, have made good on their agreements to me. We have concluded that the order was not lost but the older dealership took my order without informing JBA. This caused all kinds of frustrations. I do not know if this was intentional or not. I hope it was unintentional. However, I do not think I will ever go to the other dealership.
JBA, has come around and I would send you to talk to Damion and mention my name. I will give you the best service now. Thanks Damion and Greg.
Greg

********JBA********
Just the worst service I have ever had. I bought my G35 6MT in Jan. 03. Since the moment I drove it off the lot I have had back speaker problems. I have had it in to the dealership going on this week... 7 times for the F*&^%ing speakers. They never call you back.. I am thinking of Lemon Lawing my car because of this crap. Anyone got any ideas???

I have sent many friends to this dealship... I'm full of regrets!!

I would definitely let them see the e-mail and let them know their business will be affected. I would also cc:better business bureau as well as infiniti's home office. What good is it to have such a dynamic car with such lousy service.
Black coupe/willow/fully loadedw/nav.

JBA, stay away!!!!

They have nothing but idiots working there.

Patrick in the service dept is the worst.
I was there last week to get new brake pads, and asked him about the A/C noise issue and whether or not infiniti finally come out with a solution for the rocking seat...
To which he said, "We weren't aware of neither problem, and we don't know if there are fixes because we don't get the TSB either."
Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I have the same impression with Jim Coleman's Infiniti. I ended up calling the general manager to ask why neither the sales rep nor finance rep never called back and he said i was "Droning on and on about my deposit". You'd think that the GM would listen to the customer no matter what, but he was just as arrogant as the rest of the team there. Time to call Mr. Coleman himself or the national office...

Bunch of idiots...
