Actually quite a few G's in the area...but only three that I know about on this forum....most of the G owners in the area are sedans....the coupes are usually driven by people who have no appreciation for the car; will never do mods; will never give you a wave....yes...like the woman just 2 houses over from where I live.

The weird thing is that we were all traveling in a line. My radar detector never went off for that cop. It went off for others. I think someone must have called him in as an "aggressive driver" and since his plate is so easy to read...

LOL. I needed to get some distance so I can put the car through its paces w/o the fear of hitting anyone. After our little excursion I noticed two things: 1) left foot brakeing does not work on these cars (my last auto-x and today's outing confirmed this) and 2) the car's LSD is very strong under brakeing (it is actually kinda annoying). The only way I could get the tail out is with power (2nd gear corners) or momentum (suddenly turning the car to initiate a slide). I had to drive very neatly to maximize my speed going through the infield. Your car had power to spare. You must have put a couple of buslengths on me on the main straitaway (I can thank my 5AT for this).

As for Neil. The trooper picked him just because he was leading the caravan. We were pacing each other at @85-90 and I saw a trooper hiding in the bushes. I slammed the brakes (from @90 to 65) and high beamed the car ahead of me so he can slow down. Then the tropper drove by and got neil b/c he was leading the caravan.

I would love to see the video when it is finished

One more question. When the Pocono driving event was held earlier this year was the same track layout used? I am going to try to get a spot for the event that is going to be held there later this month. Thanks

Neil is geting the Vid as we speak so he can host it somewhere. You would have to ask afropuff he was in the earlier run this year not I. All in all i had fun i couldn't get my rear out no matter how hard i tried except if i wanted to e-brake it which i didnt. I tried to leave alil space between me n the guy in front of me during turn so i can aggresively attack them but i was still catching up to him too quick . I never left 4th gear i think i was going faster when i gave that riced out Scion TC a whooping( I was just walking him, Didn't want to burst his ego plus i had the fam) hehe.

Hey guys , It was nice to meet all of you on Saturday. The track was a blast. Next time we need to put more space in between each other though, I would have liked to open it up in the twistys. Other than that I had a great time and can't wait until next year. Glex thanks again for tring to dub the video.

Thanks guys, thanks for making it an awesome meet. I got to meet some friends from way back when.........and so much has happened since the last we meet. Real happy that in spite of all the bruises and scars we pick up along our journey.......you all look great; made some new friends. These meets are rare opportunities to break from our daily routine, for a much needed bonding session with everyone; including our loved ones who were there with us. What a guy, Glex25, brought his family to join in the fun; have you decided when your're starting your son off in an F1 the next Alonso, Schumacher.

You guys with the Zees & Gees left poor lil ole me and joe behind in our Hondas & SUV trying to squeeze through traffic

Hugo tell M we were asking about her

And for those who have not signed up as ZGCA members, please do, as we would love to have you in our club. You are great people, the true 'diehard auto enthusiast.'

G
