I went out to did a guy's hardwood floors (im a floor specialist) and guess what I found out! At around Red Lion Road and Philmont ave in huntingdon valley (same Red Lion road that meets Rt 1 Roosevelt Blvd), he will be opening a HUGE speed shop for our region. I found out he has 3 race cars and is a huge fan of all kinds of racing. He races at English Town I believe. I saw the blueprint of the building and it looks amazing.

The shop will include:

*repairs for normal as well as street/racing vehicles
*Tuning/dynos (not sure if he said AWD or 4WD)
*dealer for all major brands of performance products including installs on everything they sell...turbos/ SC/ wheels... etc.
*engine swaps and engine build, conversions, paint jobs and artwork, audio work, body kits

lots more but I forgot stuff he mentioned. I'll find out more info on this shop from him once I get the chance. If this shop actually opens, it'll be huge for the Philadelphia region since we really dont have any shops that specializes in these kinds of work.

 

That is cool. That is right around the corner from me.

My office is on Huntingdon Pike in Rockledge, about 10 minutes away. I do have a guy 2 blocks a way who used to race Nissans professionally and will do any engine or bolt on mods at reasonable prices at his repair shop.

Has there been any update if the shop... I have a Vortech being delivered next week and I'm looking for a shop to install.

 

I havnt talked to him, gonna drive around the area when I have time to see if the building's underconstruction yet. Also, Impo (around Ivyland/warminister) installs them I believe
