3 tickets on Parlisay Interstation Parkway

Damn! I got pulled over even w/ my valentine one on A mode. Anyway, it's my fault. I didn't see the cop until he got very close behind me (100 feet ?) I didn't even realize where he came from. I got 3 tickets and I really need some helps guys. Here is what happened:

I just got the nail out of my right rear tired so my car doesn't feel unbalanced anymore. and I was happily cruising at about 100 mph on parlisay interstate.
I ran up behind a 325 in left lane and another car in right lane so I'm stuck (60 mph). I moved left and right try to find a gap but these 2 guys just won't let me pass. finally the other car speed up and I went around the 325.

So I resumed my speed up to about 80 or 90 and that's when I suddenly saw this navy cv chasing me very fast. I know for sure he didn't use any radar or laser cus my v1 didn't beep at all. So I slammed pretty hard on my brake and slowed my car down to about 60. At that moment he has already caught up and stayed behind me very closely.

Now here I think I made a mistake. I quickly changed lane to the right planing to stop on the side. During that process, I didn't signal and I think I didn't pretty fast too (bad habit).

Anyway, after I stopped on the side, he ordered me to pull 2 of tires on the grass which I didn't quite understand cus his speaker sucks. That has probably pissed him off a bit and at the end he just say"just stop where you are".

The ending of this story is I got 3 tickets. DAMN! 70 over 50, no signal when changing lane and move from lane unsafely.

Any clue on how to fight these? Please help.

It was prob your unsafe lane change that put the nail in the coffin for ya. Chances are he even got ya on Candid Camera too. If so you're prob dead meat dude.

Don't think even having a bad hair day is gonna help, but one never knows. Turn your keys over to closest fellow G driver.

go to the court day and plead to the prosecutor to try and eliminate some of the points and that you ll pay the fines. normally they just want the $$$$
good luck

Get a lawyer. They'll probably throw away two of them.

what's a "Candid Camera"? I am not so sure my situation is that bad I fight it a bit:
1. the 70 in 50 was most likely his estimation. in fact, he said "i think you were driving above 80 mph but I'm just going to give a 70 in 50". that tells me he doesn't have solid evidence on me. plus my v1 never beeped so, worst case is he did a pacing. Does anyone know how long a cop needs to chase me in order to establish a valid pacing mph?

2. for the signaling thing I know I can get away from it w/ a help from a work shop =)

3. it's the unsafe change lane that I'm most worried about. I had exp w/ that b4 and basically the judge was just taking the cop's words on it. I even tried to establish a case that the cop was not able to ID my car (that's when I was driving my friend's boxster) because he couldn't recall if it's covertible or not. but the judge said that was not enough. so this time, I don't know I am going to do with it. any advice?

I'm definitly going to fight these tickets. I'm not going to let them just simply take my money and still give me about 9 points.
