If it looks that bad in Pics, it must be 10X worse in person. It needs paint. If you wanna go the cheap route, go to a good detailer and have them use touch up paint on the scratch and then they can wet sand and buff. It will still be noticeable, lightly, but it will be better. In addition, get it done asap before rust develops!
