Rosenthal Infiniti

I suggest you never do anything with that bunch of thieves. I bought my G used at that dealership. When i bought it, I was promised another set of keys as they only had one set of keys at the time. The salesperson was like "the previous owner will bring it in tomorrow" and then after that, he was like "oh, we will just get you a copy so come in when you have time" I was out of area since I go to school in Ohio, and I come back for summer break, go in and ask the sales manager for the promised set of keys. He goes on about how it's not in writing and the deal's way too old, the salesperson is gone... blah blah blah. I'm getting pissed so he offers to make a copy for me at his cost and it would be about $100 or so. I try to reason with him that I would have never taken the car with one key if this was what's going to happen. He would never budge, so I gave up.

Also, their service department is a ****ing rip-off. I drop off my car without suspecting anything for 30k service. When I pick up the car, I'm faced with ****ing $776 bill for a 30k service. It's just outrageous. I'm done with this sorry excuse for a dealership ran by bastards who are just looking to rip people off. For everyone in MD/VA/DC area, I suggest that you don't deal with dealership. I was happy with my G untile all this happened... If I bought a Lexus, I know I didn't have to deal with this at all. I don't know if I'll buy another Infiniti because I can't trsut dealerships... Good job, Infiniti. Let you dealers rip customers off and lose all of the return customers... way to go. I'm gonna call Infiniti and complain but I seriously doubt they will do anything.

Sorry for the bad experience rookie. I'd def. call Infiniti and see what they can do...I don't know if there is a customer service line or a corporate line but there should be.

Well I just bought a new 05 Gcoupe at that same dealership, they gave me a little trouble at first but we got a pretty ok deal on the car. This is interesting to know and I was wondering if there is anything else thats fishy about that place....
