Were the wheels in boxes? Or were they just laying on the pallet?
I'm think of ordering a new set once I sell my wheels...

Also has anyone shipped wheels with tires before? How would I go about doing this?

They had tires mounted so no they were not in boxes and that is how they ship them...the wheels were placed directly on the pallets but that is how they always do it...the fact that the pallet was destroyed is why they got damaged (wood doesn't damage metal)

my wife is driving up to new york tomorrow to their shop and they will be repairing the inside lips, putting the correct tires on, and shipping them back directly to our house this time (wrapping and packaging them himself this time)

Mark over at RAVSPEC is helping me out like crazy though to put this all right and he is taking a big hit by getting the wheels fixed and shipping them back to me all on their dime....more than any other company would do
