pretty much the clear coat is cracked... the worst of it is on the left half way down the middle.... the crack isn't all the want through just surface cracks i guess.. I will take close ups on the damage tomorrow.

If its only surface scratches i will probably take it as it is because i will probably end up painting it but just leaving the vents CF

That would lookSWEET painted!!!... yeh the clear coat is cracked but the carbon fiber isn't.... so if your going to paint it it would definitely not be noticeable. I can't paint it for you, whats your pain code? B21?

from what it looks like yea... but i don't think it would hurt it... i believe CLIFFORD has a similar hood if not the same one... you should ask him if he has any problems or has something to prevent water from entering..

its a really nice hood specially if it was painted, it would be sleeper to have it color matched the only way you could tell it was CF is when you pop the hood.. Hood is super light man.. it is a very good DEAL.

ORIGINAL PRICE

hood $700

paint $300+

Do it. Let me know when you figure them out. I won't post it up on craigslist yet.

yes i can! make sure thats what you want... we can leave it CF and see how it looks then if you want it all one color then we can do that.. it would actually look sick that way.

better to leave it carbon fiber first to see if it looks good then just doing it all at once bc there no turning back! lol
