I'm Not sure where your located, (I bought and service my car at Circle as well), But besides Lynnes and Douglas, we have Ray Catena, Rt 1 Edison. If your further north, (Bergen County area) you have Park infiniti, which many have complained about, There is another dealer in Ramsey, Ramsey Infiniti I believe.

I have not one complaint about Circle Infiniti. They are an exceptional dealership, from sales to parts and service, I found them excellent in every way.

They also have an excellent on site wheel repair for when you curb your rims....(I did that twice so far, and just had it repaired today)

I'm sure there are several others, but I'm not too sure about their service. If you can't find an Infiniti dealer, maybe worth your while to look up some Nissan dealers as well. I hear they do work on our cars, and some of the services are actually less costly than at an Infiniti dealership............ just FYI

Park Ave. used to suck. But they fired everyone in service and they are 100 times better. They even hired a woman to call every service customer after their car is returned and she asks if everything was alright and if you have any complaints. I told her about the crappy service I used to get and she said she knew about it and thats why she was hired and all new personel was put in.

Doesn't your dad own a dealership?!

I used Park Ave once and was real happy. Really good customer service.

Oh, I thought daddy owned an Infiniti dealership. My bad. I have heard horror stories about Park Ave but I took my ride there and was pleasantly surprised. They were very nice and service was top notch. Good luck!
