Experience with dealers in eastern Penn.
Re: Experience with dealers in eastern Penn.
Bought my baby at Ardmore PA. Pm me and i will get you salesman info - the guy was perfect for a control freakin cheap dutch bastage like me who knows what he wants before he gets to dealer. He was the man and service is pretty good in limited doses so far.
Re: Experience with dealers in eastern Penn.
I had a great experience with Willow Grove, actually much better than Ardmore and I shopped both. Here's my story.
I was awaiting the 6MT sedan arrivals to take a test drive. Called Ardmore in January, no 6MTs yet. Said they'd call me when they arrived. They never called. I called back in February. They said they had them coming in but required a deposit of $500 to take a test drive. I thought WTF?
So, I called Willow Grove and they said they had none in yet, but several people had preordered them and they'd be the first ones in. They said they would be happy to offer a test drive when they got one in that was not preordered. I asked if they required a deposit for a test drive and they said no and thought that was bizarre. I told them their competition was charging and lost my business because of the attitude.
Anyway, I went in March and took a great test drive. I knew just what I wanted and didn't think it was available because I had searched all dealer inventory within 150 miles. The sales guy said he'd get me what I wanted. Made a great deal for the 6MT sedan. After his search he said the car I wanted was due in at another dealer in 3-4 weeks and he'd do everything possible to get it for me. His word was good and I got my car 4 weeks later. He had never even cashed my deposit check. When I asked why, he said they often didn't cash them (depending on their read of the customer I suppose) because they operated on good faith.
I'm happy to recommend my sales guy. Send me a PM if you want his name and I'd be happy to have you tell him I sent you.

Dreamsenoi is absolutely right.
She actually referred me to the sales individual @ Willow Grove. No hassle pricinge. I told what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay....We worked somethin right over the phone and picked up the car the same day.

Re: Experience with dealers in eastern Penn.
I initially shopped at Ardmore because it's the dealer closest to me. I had a good experience there and was treated very well. I wouldn't have minded doing business with them. I do get my car serviced there, though.
But a friend of mine is a salesman at Winner Infiniti in Delaware, Eric Mosely, so he handled my order. Eric is one of the top guys in the whole region, so I would definitely advise you to go see him. My whole family has done tons of repeat business with him over the years. He is a gentleman and a true professional, and I wouldn't have bought my G from anyone else.
I had some initial contacts with Willow Grove via e-mail, but they really didn't impress me too much that way, so I never made the effort to drive up there. Maybe walk-ins are treated better.

Re: Experience with dealers in eastern Penn.
Hey Marty...I pretty much checked out all of the eastern PA dealerships before getting my ride.....Bennett Infiniti (Allentown) treated me well, but the stock was limited...same with Ardmore. Willow Grove--which is the closest to where I live--was okay....but didn't hook me up with the best deal. I ended up heading out to Flemington Infiniti in NJ. Kick @$$ deal....but that's probably because my dad got his sedan a few months before I got mine (coupe, of course)....so we got the family hook up. If you wanna, drop me a line....I'll give ya the name of my salesman....totally cool.

Hi. I'd highly recommend Rob Ridgeway over at Infiniti of Willow Grove. www.infinitiwg.com
got me my laser red 6mt in 3 weeks, originally thought it would take 3 months. believe i got a good deal considering how hard they were to come by at the time. good luck.

I'm having MAJOR issues with the service department and now the General Manager of Willow Grove. I highly recommend having your car serviced somewhere else, regardless of where you purchase it!

I just read your other post. I'm kinda surprised & disappointed since I was planning on doing most of my servicing at Willow Grove since it is closest to me. Hmmm....what to do, what to do.

That's my issue too...they're the closest...I shouldn't have to go out of my way for service, but might have to start making trips to Ardmore...
