Just bought a 2006 G35x
I just bought a new 2006 G35x from Infiniti of West Chester (PA). The dealership didn't actually have the exact car that I wanted (Diamond Graphite/Graphite, Premium Packge C, NAV, Trunk Mat, Splash Guards but NOT the wood trim) but they say that they can get one from a different dealership within a few days. I should be driving my G around by the middle of the week.
I'll post some pics of the me and the new ride as soon as I pickup the car.

I wasn't available on the 27th so I couldn't check it out but I'll have to catch the next one.
Yeah, I'm really looking forward to AWD. My Sonata right now gets crap traction on snow. It just doesn't weigh enough to avoid slipping when driving "normally" and it's got too much low-end torque to slowly apply the throttle to get yourself moving from a stop.
I was looking at Subarus for a while (Legacy GT) but the NAV they put in there uses TeleAtlas data which is nowhere near as accurate as the NavTeq used in the G. That, combined with the fact that it's just a much nicer car, sold me on the G35x.
As to the Teflon coating, or any of that other fluff, the terms and options are done. If the car doesn't show up exactly as I wrote below, the deal is off. No Teflon coating, no invisible undercarriage coating, no $800 vinyl pinstriping, etc.

Just as an update, there's guy driving it in from NY today, they're prepping it tonight, and I'll be picking it up tomorrow morning. There's going to be about 170 miles on it though because it's a pretty long drive from there to here. It's the exact car I want though so I don't mind too much. Pictures within a couple days.

Heh... It finally snowed (more than a half inch). We got between 7 and 8 inches last night. The roads were somewhat plowed and the parking lot at my apartment still had about 3 inches on it (they came by no less than a dozen times from 5:00-5:30AM but then never came back again).
I only had an 1/8th of a tank of gas and I slid the back-end of the car around the first corner. After I filled up with gas though my car kicked the snow's ***.
Once I got to work and found the parking lot still mostly covered in snow I just shrugged, said "Screw it", and drove right through it all to make a perfect parking job in my spot (after someone moved the damn shovel out of it).
