I have a 2004 coupe on order from Competition Infiniti in Smithtown, LI. I've seen in posts a bunch of free extras (oil changes, storing/changing snow tires, etc. etc.) on other posts. I would be interested in hearing about any of these things that anyone who bought on Long Island got-- or maybe these LI dealers know they have lots of buyers and never do this. I have not been promised anything yet. PS I got $500 off MSRP, that's all.

 

$500 off MSRP is pretty good. You should be happy even if you don't get any extras.

 

Just out of curiosity, did you get charged a $500.00 destination charge?

No, but it is pending the exact MSRP for 2004 which they did not know at the time I ordered it.

 

May I know the reason why you're ordering the '04 model ?

 

Mostly because I saw the Twilight Blue color and loved it on the Q45. I was "iffy" until then because I also liked the Desert Platinum, and would have took a 6MT in that. I know the TB will be almost as much work to keep clean as black but it's really a great color, IMHO. Color aside, random deliveries of unspoken-for 6MTs are getting less and less as the 04s are on their way. Now can I wait until late October... ;-)
