What's wrong with Ramsey service? They've been great to me.

Also, drop shipsaeki a line on here. He might be able to hook you up.

I have been using Ramsey for about 3 years now, havent had any issues, but then again Mario isnt there anymore and the service might have gone down the drain. I have only been there once since he left for an oil change and had no complaints.

^I would agree. I bought my car from Ramsey and had a great experience. But service I am not so happy with. I had the infamous squeak in the clock which was the result of a missing double-sided tape. I told them the problem and suggested a solution from the start (I read the bulletin prior), but had to go back 3 times and eventually they decided to replace the whole top part, which was totally not necessary. After which, there was still as squeak. I just gave up and fixed it myself with a double sided tape and after I told them I did myself they just laughed. I am seriously considering Park Avenue Infiniti for service going forward. They sent me something in the mail regarding service and they also give you a loaner even though the car was not purchased there. Plus it’s much closer to me than Ramsey. Sorry, for the long thought.

I was under the impression Jeff is and was the service manager at Ramsey for years. Who is mike and who is bobby?

Ramsey has been good too me so far, Been using them for about a year now. I hope that the next time I bring my car in that I don't get disatisfied. Just in case where is Park Avenue Infiniti anyway?

Park Ave has treated me really well. I think the new management has done a great job in turning that place around.
