Infiniti of Norwood

Do any of you guys take your car there for service? I have taken mine there twice so far and both times the service department has managed to mess my car up -- minor things really -- but still, it's annoying and was wondering if it's just bad luck or if they're really that bad.

Some people say Infiniti's are for old people. I'm not going argue. I just step on my gas pedal.

I recently bought my G35 there. Had a few issues with them. First they told me sticker was $36,265 and they took off $265 plus threw in the after market wood grain package. I didn't see the car until I picked it up and noticed no window sticker. They found it later, the guy preping the car threw it away. Then I find out the sticker price was really $36,085 or $180 less. I told them I want the $180 back.

Also they told me the car had the factory $250 wood pkg. It didn't. I had to buy it from another infiniti dealer because they told me it wasn't available.

When I called the parts department about a spoiler they said it was $554. MSRP is $504 so they were marking them up. Didn't care I was a new customer.

Love the car not crazy about the dealership.
