hey guys, just throwing it out there:
my next door neighbor(literally) is looking for someone to take over her lease on an apartment, i think like 10 months left.
anyways its RIGHT on mains street inbetween the bayou and thomas' if that helps, basically the corner of pensdale and main.
2 bedroom, one bath, kitchen, living room, yada yada yada
its 1500 a month and would be perfect for one person or a couple because the second bedroom is pretty small.
its in fantastic shape also.
