Many threads about it, search for it. I have the coupe so basically it is fine with winter tires. I had no problems and lots of fun with my coupe 2 weeks ago here in NY. I wouldn't risk taking the G out in the snow with OEM summer tires, but what tires does sedan come with... I don't know.

G35x in the snow

I have the G35x and she handles beautifully in the snow with the VDC on and snow mode. Even with the VDC on my wheels didn't spin at all. I have used the snow mode only twice. Each time for about a minute or two. I really didn't need to use it because there wasn't enough snow on the ground except for the Snow Storm the we have here in Ma about 2 weeks ago. But I wanted to try it out since it was snowing outside. I don't know if this helps.
