Has anyone been to their service department? I've scheduled an appointment to go in for fuel hose recall on Tuesday, but if I hear any horror stories, I'll just cancel my appointment Any help would be appreciated!

i've been there. was for a crankshaft position sensor (or something like that). Seemed like they took care of things fairly well.

But your work sounds a bit more serious. I still wouldn't worry. I think their service dept. received fairly high marks, though you can take that with a grain of salt. At least they hand wash cars there. Maybe that was in bedford. I can't remember.

Well, thanks for the response. I'm a little bit relieved but since it is a really extensive work, I'm still worried...
