Pat, i was never in West Chester - but close...Downingtown.

I am now in Sadsburyville. Its right off the Route 30 Bypass at the Chester County Airport Exit. Great little village with a lot of growth going on right now. Im hoping that the area expands a bit in the next 3-5 years.

Sadsburyville? Did you get yourself one of those Ryan Homes townhouses? My wife and I looked at those. They're nice but we didn't care for the area.

You guessed it! I got an end unit with every possible upgrade. SO PUMPED!

Yea, the area is a bit far for some - but im from Guthriesville so its only like 10 mins down the bypass from me (Brandywine Hospitol area). As for when im older (married or kids) i wouldnt want to be there in a perfect world, but since im only 24, i think it will do just fine

I know the area. I used to work at Brandywine. Anyway, end unit with all upgrades is awesome. Sounds like you are doing very well (especially single at 24) since I know how much those places run. Congrats. Home ownership is great.
