I stayed in Monterey too. We had alot of fun on the run. The Z crowd is a fun group too.

Andy, let's do a run up north or to Tahoe next time.

 

Mainly because I was SO tired. I was on 4 hours sleep and by the time we got to Hearst Castle I just wanted to lay down and go to sleep right on the pavement.

 

Yeah I made the mistake of going back the way we came just so I could rip thru that stretch between Lucia Lodge and Hearst Castle. When you guys had left Lucia Lodge, I was waiting for my passengers to use the restroom. I left two cars after that Ford GT went by the first time. I was passing cars thinking I could catch up to you guys but you guys were probably railing those corners too. That part of the run was FAST and FUN.

Going back up I kept getting stuck behind these slow drivers. There were a few people who even tried to speed up to not let me pass on the oncoming lane. Lucky I had my Groundinggear for the extra HP so I could pull on them.

Chris suggested Tahoe. I'm definitely down for a drive up there...

 

I wouldn't mind doing that Hearst Castle Run again in August... Up north would be cool too.

How about all G35's this time. I felt like the G's were tagging along with the Z's on this last one. =P

 

How many SoCal folks were at this meet?

 

There wasn't as many as I thought there would be. I would guess 40 cars total, about 15 from Norcal and about 25 Socal. I expected ALOT more cars.
