I agree, it's far if I still live in Sac. But it's some distance from where i live now, Fresno....good thing that the weather was getting a bit cooler! :-)

Sounds like fun... I live over at Orange County but goes to school over at UC DAVIS. Bay area is like an hour and a half drive I believe? I wish i can make it but won't be back till sept 1st. let me know next meeting.

Meet in the "BACK" of T.I. in that huge parking lot?

1st Group I'd say 10 cars per group. We'll give each other a 5 min gap?

Cruise / Stop#2 - will be a slow cruise along the (Embarcadero / Fisherman's Wharf / Ghiradelli) - we'll exit 9th Street, left on Market, Right on Van Ness - Left on Union - Right on Fillmore - Left on Chestunut -Right on Divisadero - Left on Marina Blvd - Pull into Marina Parking Lot) -

It'd be nice if we can get a bunch of G's lined up in front of the "FERRY BUILDING" for a quick picture...If someone wants to volunteer to set up for pics that'd be great.

Stop #3 will be the MARINA/CRISSY FIELDS -

Stop #4 (Final Stop) - LEGION OF HONOR - All remaining G's...This will be a great photo spot...!!!

That sounds like a really fun drive after the meet. I can't believe that I've lived here all my life and haven't seen/heard some of those places. Yeah I know, I need to get out more.

 

Haha... hey well if the meet sucks I live locally and can recommend some fun places to take the cars, and we still get to see some nice rides.

We will have several of our Z's out as well so if you know a few Z owners on the other site, bring them out as well.

 

Ok guys, the meet is coming up this weekend and I'm really pumped! Got the exhaust and intake sitting in my office and have just finished making the free oil change vouchers. Here are the details on the raffle. Everyone will recieve ONE free raffle ticket upon arrival and registration. I am going to print the final list of attendees and I will use that as a checklist for people coming in. Extra raffle tickets will be available for purchase at TWO DOLLARS a piece. All money generated from these proceeds will be donated to the Cordelia Fire department as they have loaned us their huge barbeque to cook food.

We have also just confirmed that the 106.1 KMEL street team will be here blasting music throughout the day. Right now I figure I am going to clear out enough spots for up to 35 cars! Depending on the turnout I can arrange for more, but based on past experiences that seems like it will be enough. PROVE me wrong! We would love to have all 57 of you guys come out. PLEASE BE HERE BY 12 o'clock. Come earlier if you guys would like the help set up. We open at 9:00! Ok I think that is it for now. See you guys Sunday.

Dude, are you kidding? There isn't a single parking spot at 19th/Irving... Why not stick to what's worked in the past and have the drive originate from Serramonte?
