Yeah, I'm surprised there this many considering because there isn't even a run afterwards. Or is there?

A LOT of people will flake.

Previous meets are organized by individuals, with little to no money involved in the planning.

If it's gonna take a lot of planning and preparation for this meet, and an accurate headcount is required, you might want to reconsider.

Being a dealership, I would hate for you to have to move things around only to find out that only 15 cars made it to the meet.

My suggestion, make everyone pay $5.00 by July 31st by check or paypal. Create parking spots for those people. Anyone else is welcome to come, but they don't get a parking spot or become eligible to win raffle prizes. Take the money you get from everyone and raffle that amount off as a gift certificate to your parts store.

the free raffles should be enough to get people to come out, but you never know.

my $0.02

I just looked at the map. How is Wooden Valley Rd.??? Doesn't look too twisty though.

I am always up for a drive....hopefully I have my new tires by then. My old fronts are starting to scare me. I'm totally bald on the inside. Apparently the camber is a bit off =)

Eloy yeah it was wooden valley road which goes directly to Lake Berryessa.

See my crude red line showing the path we would be taking.

I am going to drive the route tomorrow and see how the drive is I remember from last time that it is a one lane road but for how long I don't know yet.
Also we will not be driving at 90-100 which we did last time as it got scary around a few of the blind bends
