Rob's prices have not been bad but I don't shop him. I won't either as he does a great job for me and I'm quite happy with the service. Does anyone think that Rob has been holding down prices because of SP? Should we all see a massive jump?

I hope not, I'm dropping my car off on Monday. He quoted me $85/hour. I think that's about normal for most auto shops. I should add that the appointment was made a few days after the closing of SP.

Just wondering why Ted never returned my call about my 4 month old scott performance true dual exhaust that nedded to be rewelded...I realize he's changed locations and now works mainly on exotics but this exhaust is practically new and he should still be backing his work....I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but now feel cheated as many others have stated!!!!!!!!! Thanks Ted for showing me your transparency

Have you called Ted recently? I have to believe that things got a bit busy for him, if not hectic, with his plans. The couple of times that I had dealt/met with Ted . . . He seemed like a pretty square guy. You might attempt to give him another shout, if so inclined. Good luck!

I called Ted last friday and he asked me to meet him at his old shop on Sunday, and then we talked later in the day so yes he is reachable but really busy with his other shop and can only meet up with people on the weekends.

I called Ted last week when I noticed my left exhaust hanging low. I left him a message on his phone and I know it was his number. This is the 2nd time I had part of this exhaust rewelded. The first time Ted returned my call that same day. This time no return of call for over a week and a half. I am only to assume that there will be no follow-up on his part. I dealt with him honestly and even defended his work on this forum and this is the thanks I get..I even gave him a bottle of Colombian Rum as a thankyou gift for doing such good work. I understand with a new shop and all he is busy but to not even return a call from a LOYAL customer who had all his mods done by scott perfromance again shows the transparency and "integrety" of Ted. It's not all about money Ted and I challenge you to call me and straighten this out...I hope this is not too personal for this forum but this is not the way to do business and it really makes my blood boil...

I don't think he even visits this forum, he sometimes goes over to my350z as he saw a remark I made about missing a deadline but other than that I don't think he will see your post.

I think that's because he told me he was banned from this forum(i forgot).... I'll just have to go over to my350z.com forum and post my frustration as there is a thread there as well......
